Yup. Go ahead and submit your application to HYPS. Congratulations. ;)

Dear Harvard Dean of admissions:

I am a ghost–boo! If Harvard does not accept me, I will haunt you forever… or a really long time. Terms, conditions, and black out dates apply.

Seriously, I’m a bit upset about it… but if I put that little effort into APAH and made a 3… I think I should be fine on AP Calculus BC and AP Physics B.

Oh, and I’ve surpassed you in posts. :)

I got a 2 in APUSH–devastating because it was my favorite subject and I tried really hard. But at least I tried.

And the 3 in Eng Lang cheered me up a lot.

So… no. I’m not crazed-overachiever like a good portion of people here.

I would survive … I’ve gotten 2 3s, but I figure the 2 5s I’ve received balances them out :)

The only reason it would bother me would be if I knew I had the material down pat, and had put so much effort into trying to pass. I did get a two on Bio this year, and yes, I was slightly bothered because I really wanted at least a three, but I knew I didn’t put in the effort to pass, so it wasn’t really a surprise.

So yeah, I would probably just accept it.

Not die, but be severely dissapointed with myself.

yeah, i would totally like jump off the top of the empire state building if i got anything near a 3. i have to get all 5s or else i’ll commit suicide because i know that i’ll be flipping burgers for the rest of my life.

^ typical CC answer :P

Some colleges might take a 2 for credit. Collegeboard says a 2 is possibly qualified.

I got a 3 World, 2 Lit.
Pretty disappointed, yes. But it’s really no big deal. I’m going to retake. :D

I got a 3 on the Calculus AB exam. Yay for BC and AB subscore!
