<p>also, there is a total of ONE reject in that thread for sociology from last year so it took me a while to even find it.</p>
<p>jbkcrew, getting through yesterday was the hardest for me. I’m glad I’m feeling a lot more hopeful now.</p>

<p>yeah i think so definetely next week, the week after at most.</p>
<p>People who went to STOMP said that roughly 80% will know Friday at 5PM PST (the decisions for majority of us were indeed released at that time), the rest will be tomorrow (Monday) and (in rare cases) for sure by April 30th.</p>
<p>i’ve seen rejections for socio from people around me.</p>
<p>they are deeply upset…obviously.</p>

<p>dyu think its coz of transfer conditions?.. i mean no1 else has any transfer conditions… and i recieved my admit from UCI like 3 weeks ago and it included a transfer condtion apart from english 1b c or better.

<p>I don’t know what time, but I’d say 5PM. It can be any time though… As far as I know, last year second (or third?) bunch of decisions were out at 10:30AM or so.</p>

<p>that’s what I thought. If we were unqualified, then really, why wouldn’t they reject us Friday? Especially since some rejections are out already, not that they are doing “admits first, then all rejections.” Also, do you know the stats for those who were rejected from Sociology???</p>

<p>Yeah, in this case it kind of SUCKS for international students, what kind of equal opportunity is this? Anyways, do you know if he had all pre-req’s done? Cause my alternative is Sociology and I have 1 missing (everything done for 1st choice though!) My point is: I’ve heard of people accepted/rejected from my 1st choice (communication studies) and of noone still pending (if there’s anyone - please don’t hide and post here!). I am pending but I am TAP - so I think maybe I am now in the process of review in Sociology department, but they know I have one pre-req missing, why was I not rejected Friday then? So weird…</p>
<p>so, im new to this site but I thought I’d share some info too. My app. is still in review and im a global studies major. Updated everything on time, nothing unusual, so i’m just going under the impression that no rejection is good news so far.</p>
