<p>This happened last year, as well. Most of it is due to the fact that they get thousands of apps in installments. They put them together as they work on them. They are just now working on them. I would call Amherst and find out if they have not put everything together or if it really hasn’t gotten there. If so, then send duplicates ASAP.</p>
<p>My d is in the same boat as you, kamikaze – all of her counselor recs/transcripts were mailed at the same time and received everywhere else. I know one of her teachers sent his rec in much later than the counselor and that is shown as “received.”</p>
<p>Maybe the counselor recs/transcripts are the last items to be entered?</p>
<p>The web site says to wait until after Feb. 1 to contact the admissions office about missing documents, but I guess we should be prepared to ask the counselor to re-send.</p>
