<p>Nah, not bad. If anyone copies it, it’s only their loss (in originality and personality).</p>
<p>I wrote the first half of mine about falling while ice skating when I was 5, then I related it to messing up the first note of a piano concerto in a competition and talked about how I always get back up. Sounds cliche, but I was told that the way I wrote it was pretty clever and creative…I hope the admissions officers at Penn agreed.</p>
<p>And I literally just snack on cheese when I’m stressed.</p>
<p>I spent a few weeks writing my CommonApp essay, before I realized it sucked. Then at 2 am when I couldnt fall asleep, I just started writing, and it turned into this amazing essay that I am really proud of.</p>
<p>My Why Penn? essay took a little longer, and I also worked on it probably an hour a week for maybe a month. The optional essay was part of an essay I did for AP Lang, where I had to take a word with a negative connotation (perfectionist) and show why I embrace it.</p>

<p>I eat pizza, Caesar salad, and French fries every.single.day.shoot.me.</p>

<p>I wrote mine about my experience with being afraid of so many things and how i conquered a lot of them over the course of high school. bad audition experience 10th grade and then made it into the play, les mis, last year :)</p>
<p>I wrote my common app essay about two books that changed the world around me… Basically how refuting “common knowledge” has changed my perception of the world around me and how the use of economics can help me get to the truth of things etc etc.</p>
<p>gross cafeteria food. but sometimes i go off campus and get chipotle or panera <3</p>
<p>I was in the pit for Les Mis at our school! We won the state music theater award! (I would tell you what state, but then the internet would know what high school I go to)</p>
<p>Panera is my absolute favorite.</p>
