<p>If you are into Ohio, Miami’s business school, Farmer, might be a good fit. It’s also public but a bit easier to get into than OSU. <p>I just looked at Naviance for my D’s (very strong) high school for OSU. If you are familiar with Naviance it shows a graph of acceptances and rejections for this one high school over the past 5+ years. Since a LOT of kids from her HS apply there, there is a lot of data. Rejections start appearing for in-state students at about SAT 1950/2400 if the GPA isn’t above 3.5. OSU says they care a LOT about writing so the M/CR score isn’t as important to them as the 2400 “with writing” score.</p>
<p>Anyway, you will never get a reason for any rejection. Dust it off and move on, you already have a wonderful option and I’m sure you’ll have more by April :)</p>
