I think opinions are great; the more differing opinions there are expressed, the better. I think this because I believe there is rarely a single explanation or correct answer for anything in life. CC would be a boring place if everyone’s opinions were the same.
Miami, you are good. I try to tell my boss he is wrong. I don’t always do what I’m told. But then I don’t get any raise either and I’m fine with that.

Is it opinion or is it fact?
Opinions are fine, informed opinions are better. When opinions are expressed as fact that’s when there is a problem. Someone can be incredibly well intentioned and sincere and still be wrong. Viewing something from many different perspectives is always healthy and a sign of a person with an open mind who has humility.
