So that people who smoke can smoke in the designated smoking areas.” That would make sense if there was a bubble to block smoke from leaving that designated area. Smoke travels. Not just the smell, but actual SMOKE. Most designated areas are right in front of buildings too. So should I have to walk in the street and risk getting hit by a car? Stop it. Really, just stop.</p>
