<p>Hey @DrJava‌ you are barking at the wrong tree… UCLA would like to have more people major in Engineering but the Samueli School of Engineering is very autonomous and like to make their own rules… It is my belief that they artificially cap the number of students to make their student more valuable… </p>

<p>I was wondering is there a Conservative Arts Degree??</p>
