<p>Burden of proof is on the plaintiff, which is how it should be. Innocent until proven guilty, clearly there was not enough proof here. Its a shame if something did happen, but I’d rather see a guilty man walk free than an innocent one be locked up if we were to go by accusations alone.</p>
