Let’s say the ACA is totally repealed. Pre-existing conditions aren’t addressed so those people are SOL.

Does anyone think health care costs and insurance premiums will go down if the above occurs? They sure were going up before the ACA came into being, so doesn’t this just get us back to where we were - which wasn’t with static costs?
