The school/kid in question is the son of DWs best friend. Apparently she did ask and was given the run around and she never pursued it which speaks volumes. Overall the school is not bad but it has an almost cult following and can do no wrong, yet their AP scores/SAT etc are not very high. GPA’s though are very high. There seems to be an unwritten understanding that you support us and we will give little Susie high marks and glowing recs.
