<p>I think that the list of “Top CC Universities” is based on volume of traffic on the board. Harvard and Yale are not on the list, at least they were not last time I looked.</p>
<p>Suggestion to Dan: ask some hack from the university IT department to track down the identity of any poster who starts a petition to add Tufts to the “Top” list and add them to an “automatic reject” list :-)</p>
