I used to build my own computers and actually did some of my own coding. Yet, when UCLA was attacked by certain worms I was still hit despite my system being pretty secure.

Now, I’m not saying that Windows machines haven’t improved since 98, but I certainly had my fair share of problems despite knowing what I’m doing. It’s not like plenty of savvy users don’t get hit.

Besides, Miller is just that good. “In 2005, he earned $50,000 for a Linux bug he delivered to an unnamed government agency.” This guy’s the real deal, and if I have him working on my machine, I’ve got much bigger fish to fry than what OS I’m using.

I’m posting a reply on a MacBook right now. As for Macs, eh, they’re alright. Though I REALLY don’t understand the whole “User-friendly” thing mac proponents push, though maybe that’s because I’ve been using a PC for most of my life and miss the fact that the Mac OS doesn’t have a start menu. I still have to mess with files in the hard drive (To a somewhat lesser extent than I would on windows, less folders and such)

Design is made to be sexy but eh, function ain’t perfect (But isn’t horrible). I wish the USB drive was on both left and right sides (It’s only on the left) so it’d be less awkward to use a corded USB mouse. And the DVD/CD drive makes so much racket when you use it. And there’s no friggin left click button. And MacBook gets pretty hot after some use.

And oh, as for the Keyboard for the MacBook, it works just fine and purdy to look at.
