HAVE I VISITED?! haha. let’s just say yes for starters.
I did the Spring Open House as a junior and that’s when I fell in love with the campus. These pink blossoms had fallen everywhere, and it looked like something out of a fairy tale. It was the first school that I felt I could be proud to go to, and yet it didn’t feel impossible to get in, like I wasn’t good enough.

Bryn Mawr, from the start, was the essential PERFECT FIT for me, although I still realize there’s a chance I won’t get in. Everything I learned about it just seemed to work, from the honor code to the work study programs, to the study abroad opportunities to the number of international women that attend. I love that parties are registered, because I don’t want to have to deal with craziness, I need a quiet escape to read or rent movies or whatever.

Bryn Mawr makes me feel like I’m not idealistic; I really can have everything I want from a school. The women there are so different and yet they all seem to accept all the things Bryn Mawr demands of them. They really are a family, with all the traditions and superstitions and things.

I know this whole thing sounds so cheesy, but I can’t describe to you how much I want to go.
