You should talk to a transfer advisor at your community college. They could go over your application, essay, and transcript and tell you your strengths and weaknesses. They could also help you find some safety schools so that you wind up somewhere.
There could be something “wrong,” or you could just be applying to a very competitive major where few transfer students are accepted. In any case, the college you are applying to will rarely tell you anything specific about why you were rejected. However, an advisor that has seen multiple people applying to the same place and getting in or not may have some insight.
