<p>Regarding e-mail forwarding and vacation mode, this site will allow you to redirect your Northwestern e-mails to another e-mail account:</p>

<p>My NU e-mail address redirects to a gmail account. (However, once you activate your u.northwestern.edu account, it automatically forwards NU e-mails to your u.northwestern.edu account and you can’t change it for some reason)</p>
<p>If you want gmail to send e-mails using your NU account, simply go to settings and accounts and follow the instructions there.</p>
