^ Because it says you worked at the limit of your ability and nearly failed a college level class.

Ok again i am not going to harvard, and i had a very hard teacher. I still have a 3.6 GPA and I will be up to about a 27 on my ACT so I’d like to think that one bad grade doesn’t show who I am as a student and solid public schools will be able to see that, is that so wrong?

and btw would it look good if i took that math class over the summer at community college?

@Collegeready “Is that so wrong?” No. There’s nothing wrong with that. I think what most people are po’ed about is that you started this post putting the blame on your difficult teacher instead of saying what really happened: You took a course you couldn’t handle, and you got a bad grade.

Your GC is right: It happens all the time. It’s not going to kill you. You’ll go to college. I’m sure a decent public would be happy to have you.

Life lesson? Learn how to put the burden on your own shoulders instead of pointing the finger.

And please, stop worrying about what looks good. Everyone on here is so obsessed with image, it’s a bit nauseating. Just go do your best, okay?

URichmond thank you very much
