<p>or do you mean that you applied, loving it, then realized you cared more about engineering than you thought you did?</p>
<p>That’s all I wanted to know. That’s perfectly legitimate. </p>
<p>ASAP, I know everyone has second guesses…I thought I wanted Princeton more but I don’t. The point is, it really bothers me when people apply purely because of the name (and a lot of people do) anyway, it just peeves me I guess.</p>
<p>I agree, I know people who applied to every Ivy and Premier West Coast school with differnet declared majors ranging anywhere from Jewish Studies to Pre-med! Devotions a mile wide, but an inch deep in all those cases…</p>
<p>I say go for it. Why not? Engineering at Yale is good quality. Not as good as say, MIT, but it’s still pretty good. Quality of life at Yale can’t be beat, also.</p>
