<p>moral of the story from this past cycle is that admissions cannot be predictable. the op’s stats are similar to most OOS applicants, so it is also dependent heavily on essays and recs. without those, it’s difficult to assess chances, but for the op, just know that your stats are where a lot of other OOS applicants are so your chances are as good as anyone else’s.</p>
