Actually I got confused on regarding the uploading part because they have written two contradicting points in their points

It states in bold letters not to submit scores
Now look at this link - https://ois.indiana.edu/admissions/apply/freshmen/documents.html
It states “Upload the “following” documents to iStart to complete your application” and has SAT/ACT score as second bullet point.
