There is no need to post the same thing twice.
For Med school applications, all college level classes are put into consideration.
Regarding your first semester failure in TA&M, you should evaluate yourself:

  1. Is the A&M class much more difficult than the previous college so that you cannot handle
  2. Is fundamentally you have problem with the material A&M handed out or it was an adjustment problem?
  3. Do you have some outside inferences(ie, medical or family) cause the temporary one semester failure?

since your failure in orgo I, most likely you won’t be able to attend a MD school, try to makeup the failed semester and apply for DO schools TCOM will be very realistic. But from now on, strive to get all A’s and study Mcat so to get a score higher than 525 and you will be fine. As you know, DO schools will allow grade replacement, while MD schools will average ALL grades.
