update–as I had said last year
all remaining charges DROPPED…
“you can not charge someone to make a statement or try to make something stick. (the irony that she charged some police with false arrest) and I am not sure but like mike nifong the prosecutor in the duke lacrosse hoax, when this all pans out she may possibly face jail time herself. (nifong only went to jail for about 24 hours sadly)”
the next step should be disbarment and criminal prosecution of the prosecutor ( she will for political reasons probably only face a censure)
when you believe in civil rights which I do you must protect the rights of everyone (including the police) just because a group of people are unpopular, a false narrative is made and grown by the media or a prosecutor wants her 15 minutes of fame in the spotlight… and sadly instead of pushing back on her creepy press conference she gave when announcing these charges , the media fawned all over her and she even did a modeling shoot for vogue

wrongful prosecutions should never occur. and every case stands on it’s own…if a police officer did something wrong in chicago it does not mean therefore the cops in baltimore are guilty. the same for non police defendants. jut because a guy in cleveland robbed a store does not mean that a guy in phoneix is also guilty. every case is unique and wrongful prosecutions must be punished. yes prosecutors should also face jail if they break the law. (judges too)
