@VickiSoCal I feel like schools in nearby states might understand my problems better but I am also considering applying to more urban schools in large states. My state is also notorious for having poor educational funding and I’m not sure if colleges not near me would be as understanding about just how hard it is to take AP or honors classes where I am at.
College algebra is basically the same as pre-calculus. It’s typically what you need before calculus but the calculus class you found must have ‘pre req’ + a number - that number is the class you need before calculus m, regardless of what it’s called.
What classes can you take at the closest cc, beside math?
