Will taking Spanish 3 but not taking Spanish 1 and 2 count as 3 levels of foreign language?

Really? 2 years of HS language= 1 semester of college language?
hmm, then couldn’t I start a new language like Arabic in college?
If what you are saying is true, I can take 2 semesters of Arabic, one in the fall and and one in spring. That would equate to 4 years of HS language?

I never liked Spanish to be honest.
