DS was accepted. Our EFC is unusually high compared to peer institutions; I’m wondering if we can appeal, especially given the current circumstances. He’s got 8 acceptances so far and waiting for 1 more decision in a couple of hours.

! Honestly I think it was a yield protect thing because I didn’t visit or interview and I applied really close to the deadline (because I was freaking out about something or other and it was free).

If you were not accepted at Williams, then embrace wherever you have been accepted and decide to attend. Go in with a positive attitude and a determination to enjoy all it has to offer. Once you are acclimated at your new college, odds are you will be glad you are there and not anywhere else!
