<p>If you mean that your sibling will also be in college 2 years from now then that will factor into your FA in 2 years, but not now. It seems from what you’re saying that you may not get any FA for your first 2 years (if parents can afford it & don’t have any other college tuitions to pay), but it’s worth applying for it anyway.</p>
