<p>I just got mine out about 2 months ago. I didn’t think it was bad at all. The Academy will take them out if you come here with them (and if you’re going to fly you will have to get them out, even if they’re coming in okay). Getting them out ahead of time alleviates having to wait “your turn” (since so many people have to get theirs out), but I personally don’t think it’s a big deal. If they ay you MUST get them out before you come, then do that, but otherwise I wouldn’t really bother. If you do get them out ahead of time, do it very soon. You don’t want to show up here before being completely healed or you will surely acquire complications.</p>
