<p>Some do, but I was under the impression that the majority of schools who use a formula to determine acceptance are the large publics.</p>
<p>I have read multiple times that it is easier to get into Rice if you’re not a Texan, but this advantage is probably shrinking as Rice becomes more diverse…</p>
