Withdraw from a semester after it ended?

if I get admitted as a transfer, I will only get 2 years of financial aid as opposed to 4 as a freshman.

I just hate my old school and want to act like I never went there, but this is seeming like it’s not a possibility…My grades were fine, I just absolutely hated the culture…

Is it possible for me to somehow disenroll or act like I had never finished my last semester?

I’m sorry you didn’t like your previous school. But you can’t pretend you never attended college when you have 2 years of passing grades so you can qualify for freshman grants and 4 years of financial aid. Colleges will be able to see which colleges you attended (and for how long) on the National Clearinghouse. Students who “act like they never finished” could be expelled or have their degree rescinded. And any grants they received would revert to loans.

What you can do is look for an affordable school that you might enjoy attending. If you tell us your budget and major maybe we could suggest options.

I spent a while searching and couldn’t find my school listed in the Clearinghouse, so maybe they aren’t a part of it?
