Your own words: "The score is in their[UMich] 20th percentile about, and I am out of state. I barely had the opportunity to take the SAT. UMich does allow me to send the PSAT score, which I did SIGNIFICANTLY better on. Most kids improve from the PSAT to the SAT. None of the schools you mention are academic powerhouses.
