Good luck, but had you read the directions on the page I linked above, you would have known you communicate that you are applying TO at UMich after you submit your app and after they receive all of the application components (aside from test scores).
I certainly don’t think their setup is very easy to understand, and it isn’t really clear if they see scores (or not) that were self-reported in the CA.
