Withdrawing Applications

Is this a new policy where you need to withdraw asap? I remember when I got in some years ago, I did not go through a withdrawal process. I disregarded all other applications until I got my acceptances and then I mailed each school a return letter saying I decline admissions. The only important step after getting into NYU was paying your deposit to keep your spot.

<p>No, it is not a new policy. It has always been the policy for E.D. acceptances at NYU. You may have missed it in the acceptance package and you’re fortunate that NYU didn’t find out! :)</p>
