<p>It appears that the study groups are led by Fellows, who can be politicians, authors, academics etc. knowledgeable in various fields. From the website, it looks as if the IOP does not offer formal courses, unlike WWS, and it also appears as if these study groups are open to Harvard undergraduate, grad students and the general public. </p>
<p>It looks like a very interesting program.</p>
