<p>Peter, you are incorrect. COW gets a lot of students from Ohio because that is where it is located. It is a misnomer, however, to suggest they exclusively recruit in Ohio. In fact, that has not been the case for decades. Also, Marinapus is only partially correct. Last year COW took in its largest Freshman class ever. That certainly doesn’t strike me as a school being challenged by a declining applicant pool.</p>
