<p>Sorry Peter I guess I misunderstood you. To me exclusive means exclusive, not the same as 50%. Also the term you used was “recruiting” not matriculating. I think there’s a difference there as well. Thus, I still believe what you said is very misleading. </p>
<p>Your response to the second comment also makes no sense. The number of students accepted has increased. The raw number of applicants has also increased. They have also increased facilities to house additional students over recent years, expanded programs, and hired more faculty. COW is simply experiencing some measured growth. They did not accept a greater number of students from a declining applicant pool.</p>
