<p>At the 111th minute, I was so upset that I stomped out for a walk with my dog. Came back and just couldn’t believe what I’d missed. Kicked myself for my lack of faith. Then watched replays over and over. phew ('til Wednesday)!</p>
<p>Bumping this in preparation for tomorrow’s game. Ds2 has an internship and is beside himself to have to miss it live.</p>
<p>Also, on espn.com is about a five-minute mini-movie narrated by Abby Wambach that literally gave me chills. I couldn’t figure out how to link to it, however.</p>

<p>Yep. That’s always up before it starts. And don’t freak out when you get a “Your event will resume shortly” msg. It really does go back to the game. :)</p>
<p>Funny story: We were staying with my parents last week and got them watching the World Cup. They were at our house with my brother Sunday and were riveted by the game. Neither my 83yo dad nor my 79yo mother nodded off (like they could with our screaming). Anyway, I had told them to tune in this morning. At 9 Central time, I get this excited call from my mom asking, “Are you watching?” And I said, no, it doesn’t start for 90 more minutes. And she said, “No, it’s already started.” I’m freaking out thinking that espn3.com has a delay. My mom yells, “Oh, we just scored!” I’m really freaking out now!</p>
