<p>As you are aware your grades are great and your scores are severely lacking. Put a lot of effort into studying for the SAT/ACT. Get prep books and do as much practice problems as you can. If you can afford it, consider taking a prep class. If you can’t get all your SAT sections in the 600s of your ACT to a 29+ your chances aren’t great. </p>
<p>As for SAT vs. ACT I did better percentile wise on the SAT and always preferred it to the ACT.</p>
