<p>Raise your SAT score, raise your TOEFL score (even though it’s not a low score, it’s not sufficient for the big schools), raise your SAT Bio score (a very good score must be over 740-750), take more SAT II’s (!), focus more on your ECs - they seem scattered. I wouldn’t put again on your application the insignificant ones, the ones in which you didn’t invest a lot of time, because they give the impression of a laundry list.
And the big problem must be your application essay. Work on it!
It is even more important to raise your scores and refine your ECs and essay since you’re an Int’l and a Vietnamese (ORM)! Did you apply for financial aid? Not requesting any significantly raises your chances for admission.</p>
