Would it be overconfident to consider UCSC a safety school?

<p>You’re reading it incorrectly. It’s saying that for Fall 2011 applicants you must have completed your English and math courses before Fall 2010. That list is for those who are not eligible for TAG. If one completed their English or math course in Fall 2010 or later for Fall 2011 transfer, then they would not be eligible.</p>

<p>Here’s the list of who is eligible that better explains it. Perhaps it would better for you to look at this rather than the “who is not eligible” list :). It makes more sense.</p>

<p>Seriously, why would they punish someone for taking their English and math courses early? This is what they want you to do: take them as soon as possible.</p>
