Would you be happy attending...

totally.
rice???

@ansrox, are you bengali?

I would be happy attending Harvard!

i would love to attend rice. i’m not from the US, so i’m not so sure what texas would be like, but everything else about it sounds great.

PS. i love how many times tufts is mentioned in this thread.

Brandeis University

Fallen from grace, a lot, academically, and I don’t like the aesthetics of their campus.

Yes, love how often Tufts is referred to; it’s a great and progressive school, so why not.

And, I’ll make mention of Rice, again–just to even things out.

Yes! Rice is a good school!

Emory!

No

University of Iowa

^Hater!

NO.

Once more, Emory.

I did not like the vibe of Emory

I have 2:
Wake Forest-
Vanderbilt-

No
Yes

UCONN?

Yes.

Creighton University

No

American

Not really interested in it.

Oklahoma State University

Don’t know much about it.

Emory

No, I’ve actually been there and I didn’t like the location. (Sorry, this was for OSU)

Emory, nope. I like athletics and so D1 is important to me.

I have 2
Georgetown
Baylor

And I’ll answer about Emory since no one else seems to be.

Excellent school–where the academic meets the social and a really pretty campus, to boot.

UNC @ Chapel Hill

I’m not a big fan of the South as a whole, and didn’t love Duke (which is in the same area), but I’ve heard great things about UNC- and especially the Morehead-Caine (?) scholarship- so I’d consider it!

Villanova?

Yes- I love Villanova, great school!

Lawrence University??

Hm… I don’t know much. But I love that Lawrence is in “Appleton” WI, and I know it’s considered a good LAC. I’d have to do some more research  And on the side, yes (especially w/ the Morehead Caine Scholarship) to UNC!

What about… Georgetown?

Provincial, unintellectual and, despite the misconception, no guarantee of any sort of diplomat/government job.

Wash U.

No way! I’ll stick with the East Coast, thanks.

GWU
