I think the map that ucbalumnus posted showed that our community at least, is pretty diverse.
Our community has the largest Syttende Mai parade outside of Norway, and Norway is generally thought of as pretty fair & blond,[but not always]( http://pushing-daisies.wikia.com/wiki/Magnus_Olsdatter), however, we have many minorities & minority owned businesses,
