Stanford; can’t beat that location

Oberlin or USC?

silveralpaca- Maine is too cold haha

@Watson, Stanford and it’s not even close!
@destinyhelp, Oberlin.

Cornell vs WUSTL

Cornell, because it’s an ivy league school; I feel that I would be miserable at either school though

Kenyon or Colorado College?

Kenyon - I would feel miserable at either college, though

UVA Echols vs. Brown

UVa without a second thought.

Chicago vs USC

USC; better fit, better city, more fun, better for what I’m interested in

Texas or Amherst?

Texas (I mostly answer from a grad school perspective and I even contemplated applying at Texas to do white dwarf research before I realized cosmology was my thing)

LSU vs. Ohio U

Penn! Great for business and science and a better city that Providence.

Skidmore or Fordham? ( say you don’t care about being in NYC)

Skidmore (Fordham lacks coherence in its distribution requirements for a degree in my field)

Georgetown vs. Laval University (for a physics PhD)

Georgetown; never heard of Laval

Texas or USC?

USC

NYU or University of Chicago?

Chicago. Ugh.

Amherst or Cornell?

Cornell. I like the atmosphere more.

Absolutely random ones- Deep Springs College or Kalamazoo College?

LOL! Online it said Deep Springs only had 26 students. The location is awesome and I love the scenery, but it’s WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too small. So Kalamazoo.

UC Santa Barbara or NYU?

NYU, due to location.

Amherst or Williams?

Tough choice; NYU is perfect for my career ambitions, but I would love to live in sunny Cali. In the end though, I have to go with NYU.

Edit - Amherst; one of my dream schools

University of Tulsa or Illinois Wesleyan University?

@metsfan i’d go with williams. better sciences

probably illinois wesleyan

cornell vs williams?

Cornell. better engineering.

Vandy or UVA?

UVA!

UCSB vs UNC

UCSB (UNC isn’t that great for astronomy/cosmology)

U South Carolina honors vs. USC
