Would you rather attend...

Claremont Mckenna

Hampshire vs. Mt. Holyoke

Hampshire, 'cause I’m a guy.

Portland State University or Metropolitan State University of Denver

Tough one but…Portland State

Bob Jones or BYU?

Bob Jones

Penn State Smeal on a football scholarship vs. WUSTL Olin

Well…

I hate pseudo-vocational majors…so I immediately detest both of those choices. I also highly dislike and am very irritated by (American) football.

I guess I’d take Penn State; I could tolerate the weather the most. And, I assume there is better access to Post-Keynesians there, than the latter.

Marlboro College or Bennington College?

Bennington!

USC full ride or Amherst (assume you’d graduate with 40K in loans)

edit: @LoveArtForever- Oops :/

Amherst has no loans in the FA plans… but I guess if I had to get loans I’d still wanna go there

Pay 1,000 in all per year for UVM, or 15,000 in all per year for Brown? (assuming you’re not rich and this is what FA gives you)

UVM isn’t bad at all, and 60K in loans isn’t worth it. UVM.

American (20K debt) vs. George Washington (40K debt) vs. Georgetown (60K debt)

Nyu or… U of miami

@migraine: American, I couldn’t handle 60k debt

thebennorton: NYU

Amherst or Brown?

Brown. I really hate Massachusetts.

Missouri S&T or Maine?

Missouri S&T.

UCSD or UCI?

UCSD

Cornell or NYU Stern?

Cornell…I’ve been sort of disgusted by NYU for pumping out PhD Austrian Economists. This irrational grudge has sort of spread toward my view of the whole uni, unfortunately.

Full ride at Uni of Colorado at Boulder; in any subject.

or

ROTC & National Guard scholarships/stipends at Honors Tutorial College, Uni of Ohio; any subject.

Boulder for sure

University of Tulsa or Saint Louis University?

SLU

Michigan or Wisconsin

Michigan; slightly better school

Brown or a full ride to American?

Brown.

U of Houston or UIC

UIC; less vulnerability to hurricanes (I can live with Chicago’s weather)

U Missouri-St. Louis vs. U Missouri-Kansas City

St. Louis

Harvard or MIT?
