Would you rather attend...

Duke.

Yale or Princeton?

Johns Hopkins

Rice or UC Berkely?

UCB

UCB or UCLA

To answer oohindu: Princeton. I like Jersey.

Dartmouth or Duke?

Dartmouth.

Middlebury or Tufts? :)

I was wondering if you can also ** STATE WHY YOU CHOSE A PARTICULAR SCHOOL OVER THE OTHER ONE ** I feel its more helpful that way.

Please continue :)

Thinking Tufts, just because I like what I have heard about it.

So…Johns Hopkins or Boston College?

JHU, far better reputation.

Occidental or USC?

USC. Better rep, better English/History programs.

For engineering: Cooper Union or Caltech?

I have to go with Caltech…even thought it betrays every reasoning in my head (HINT: Look at location status)

Notre Dame or Cornell?

Notre Dame, because I’ve heard of too many suicides at Cornell.

Cal or USC?

USC. Not quite sure why. It’s private, has a great rep, lots of international students.

Johns Hopkins or New York University?

NYU for its strength in English Literature and the Humanities.

UCLA or Rice?

NYU. The city, and I’m more of a humanities person anyway.

Edit: Late post, whoops.
Rice, no CA.

Smith or Barnard? (I can’t think of all-male schools right now…)

UCLA because I like Southern California better than Texas.

NYU or Pomona?

Pomona.

UVA or UNC?

Barnard, I’m not much of a liberal arts guy, but Barnard seems alright.

SO…uh…Rice or USC?

Late Post Whoops:
UNC

Pomona. It’s in California and is very Ivy-like.

USC or Pomona?

Rice.

Rice or Emory?

Rice. Engineering says it all.

U of H or Baylor?
