Would you rather attend...

SLU - I like the campus a lot

UC Berkeley or Cornell?

Berkeley, I’d get bored in Ithaca.

Bard or Bowdoin?

Bowdoin. Like the people.

UCB or Carnegie Mellon?

Bowdoin - better suited to my needs

Vanderbilt or Tufts

Vandy.

Boston College or MIT

MIT.

Cornell or Carnegie Mellon

@Hawkace Berkeley, better in my field (despite it being unrealistic in my situation)

@Juggerz Carnegie Mellon, it actually has something I like im ny subfield

Vanderbilt or W&M

Vandy- more the traditional school culture that I want

South Carolina or Georgia

South Carolina. It’s where I go, though I have been to UGA and absolutely loved it. Gorgeous place.

Arizona or Arizona State?

Arizona. My cousin is there right now.

UCLA or UCB

Berkeley - among two unrealistic choices may as well pick the one that actually has my subfield

UMD or Minnesota-Twin Cities

UM-TC; they accept more of my dual-enrollment credits, and thus, I’d be able to start as a junior, which is important for managing debt and having “extra” time to do interesting things (i.e 2 years between college and work doing Teach for America, etc.)

Duke vs. UNC (Full Scholarship)

Probably UNC… Bigger and slightly less snobby ya know?

Ohio State or UGA

@Apollo11‌ Duke (it would be incredibly close because of the full ride)

@Phillyy15‌ Ohio State

Yale or Duke for BME

Yale

Harvard or Yale?

Yale

Emory or UCLA?

Emory. More diverse.

Johns Hopkins or Northwestern

Northwestern

I like the environment more and the Kellogg certificate pushes it over the top for me.

Cornell or Dartmouth?

Actually a hard choice but I’ll have to go with Dartmouth, just because the smaller size is more appealing to me!

Harvard or Princeton?

Tough one… one doesn’t exactly have the physics I seek and is a reach but the other is my safety (as much as you can call a school a safety at the PhD level); on that count Cornell

Brown BEO or Cornell Dyson
