Texas @Austin or Rice?

St. Johns is great if you want a 100% required curriculum. I attended Shimer College, and really liked that a third of the classes were electives or tutorials (1-3 students and a professor). Also Shimer has some more current authors in the curriculum. Just depends on what you are looking for.

Rice. I support TA&M and Texas Tech more than 'Horns as I quite like red and black, more than orange.

As for me, I’d love to attend Shimer because of its big city location, and as you said, electives/tutorials.

Dartmouth or Stanford? (Small Ivy or Big Ivy Plus)

Stanford. (Love the location and can’t be the caliber of students and faculty).

UCBerkeley or UPenn?

UPenn. Better business school, even better location in a larger, more established city.

University of Missouri-Columbia or University of Georgia?

Stanford, for its great engineering program.

UCBerkley, math and science make me happy.

University of Georgia

UCLA or University of Virginia?

University of Virginia. A nice refreshing classical change from the beach culture along the Pacific Ocean.

Cornell or Duke?

Duke

University of Tulsa or Illinois Wesleyan University?

Tulsa.

North Carolina State or Oklahoma?

Oklahoma

Harvard or Yale?

This one’s hard.

Although, I love Yale more - the environment, the student body, the campus, everything - I would have to pick Harvard. Harvard’s one of those game-changers. It just is.

Alright, I hope it’s okay if I list two different questions. For the science-inclined: CalTech or MIT? For the liberal sciences-inclined: UChicago or Brown?

Brown, most definitely. It’s my dream school, though Tulane is a very very close second.

Tulane or Emory?

^Tulane. Because I’ve been hearing so much about Emory lately, especially on this site, that I’m kind of sick of it.

^^MIT. Its my dream school, although probably impossible.

MICA or RISD

I feel bad about answering again (on the same page, nonetheless), but I’m an art student at heart, haha.

Definitely RISD. Top-notch illustration program and very rigorous. The kids who get in are tough.

Oxford or Cambridge? ; D

Oxford.

Claremont McKenna or Pomona?

Pomona. Location location location.

University of Georgia or University of Alabama?

Georgia

Keyon or Occidental?

Note - I’m confused by your comment on location EliKreses…they are located right next door to each other

Keyon

Messiah or College of Charleston?

College of Charleston. It sounds nicer.

Northwestern or the University of Chicago?
