That’s a good question. I don’t see how they can remove the requirement. They have to “limit” the number awarded, since it’s based on a budgeted amount of money.
They may allow folks to take the test, next spring (2021). Passed the date required for admissions, but still in time for determining BF requirements in the fall of 2021.
