This yr they were actually planning on increasing the test score requirements for each level of BF. Last yr / this yr 1290 was the minimum for top category. Next yr it goes up to 1310 (I believe).
So now they are considering not needing it? Highly unlikely. No way the state budget could handle that unless they lowered the amount given to everyone.
