Is there a way to sign up for a second address? There was no option to add another address.
Good question. I assume you start the process over again for the 2nd address (possibly would need different email?), but maybe somebody else here has experience.
I have our business PO Box and home address with Informed Delivery. I just signed up with both using the same email address. When you login, there will be a drop down to the right of your address that says Show Addresses. You will then be able to see the incoming mail for the other address. It does take a few days for the address to approve and show, so if you have recently added a second address, give it a few days to show.
Not sure if it is regional- I used my email for home and H’s email for PO Box. Some days the USPS just does not report informed delivery. We also had a lot of delivery of mail delivered even when appropriately held. Therefore the large locked box was needed.
In answer to the original question- I would just replace it.

I believe when you sign up for Informed Delivery for the second address using the same email, it will show on the same screen when you login. Again, it takes a few days for it to be “approved.”
