Yahoo CEO Accused of Falsifying Resume

^^^If karmic law prevailed, he and his new sweetie didn’t win a new bedroom suite or whatever they’re giving away on the Newlywed Game nowadays. Seems like trips to Puerto Vallarta were big back in the day … Or was that on the Dating Game?

I really do see a difference between falsely claiming to have majored in something on a website bio and lying about having achieved a PhD on a resume. That said, I think the former is pretty stupid, because who freaking cares what the guy’s major was 30 years ago?

Obviously that can happen, but it didn’t in this case:

1) He received his PhD within the last 3 years from the biggest university in my area. They don’t offer such degree.

2) His C.V. correctly states the names of the degrees he has received. His resume, given out to attract clients and legitimize his “consulting” business, had the inflated names on it.

Serious lying going on. They need to toss that joker and get a straight-shooter to turn the company around.
